  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. 1. Installing and using X-Motor Racing signifies acceptance 
  5. of these terms and conditions of the License Agreement. If you do not agree with
  6. the terms of this agreement you must remove X-Motor Racing
  7. files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. 
  8. This END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT is a legal agreement between EXOTYPOS and YOU.

  10. 2. EXOTYPOS owns all intellectual property rights in the X-Motor Racing 
  11. and permits you to use the X-Motor Racing only in accordance with the 
  12. terms of  this agreement.

  14. 3. You may install the Program to test and evaluate it;
  15. Each gameplay session is limited by 30 minutes.
  16.  
  17. 4. X-Motor Racing IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  
  18. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  
  19. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE 
  20. LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR 
  21. ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  23. 5. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the DEMO
  24. version of the Program and documentation as you wish; give
  25. exact copies of the original demo version to anyone; and
  26. distribute the demo version of the Program and documentation
  27. in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge
  28. for any of the above.

  30. 6. You may not, in whole or in part, copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, 
  31. reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, disassemble, decompile, 
  32. create derivative works based on the Program, or remove any proprietary 
  33. notices or labels on the Program without the prior consent, in writing, 
  34. of Exotypos.

  36. 7. We will never sell or pass on any personal information you enter and save on our website.
